One of the most important thoughts for every person - common knowledge and forgotten far too often.
"Everyone is the architect of his own fortune"
Many are not aware why they are, who they are, and what really makes them tick. Well, not Max Mustermann from the business card. But deep down inside. In the heart. Why are we that person? What makes us who we are? And what could we learn from such an insight?

Actually, we are the product of influences that have happened to us in life. For example, parental contact, old circles of friends, but also far-reaching experiences have had a decisive influence on us. Like then, the quarrels at home, which may have caused us anxiety for the rest of our lives, but also give us hidden strengths. From these things, certain patterns of thinking and behaviour have developed for us. How we feel at certain moments is shaped by old influences. If we often feel emptiness in our soul and if we often feel insecure, perhaps something like affection and parental love was missing in our early development. If we defy self-confidence, we may have found many confirmations for our past actions. From this our strengths and weaknesses have emerged. There are some things we are really good at! However, other topics are more difficult for us. It is up to us to find out where these strengths and weaknesses lie. And it is up to us to shape our future with them.

The framework within which we move is more or less given. Laws will come and go and opportunities will open up and close again. Overall, the framework conditions are the same for each of us in our environment. What we do with this given framework no longer depends on our parents. And also not on a buddy, the state, politics or anyone else. We are solely responsible for this ourselves. We should be aware of where our strengths and weaknesses lie. We should be aware why we are, who we are and where we actually come from. Then we can start to use this given framework for us to achieve our goals in the best way possible.
Do we want to be happy? Do we want to be successful? Do we want to achieve something that no one else can? Do we want to feel something specific? Then it is exclusively up to us to implement it! There is no point in blaming others or taking responsibility for something and feeling sorry for ourselves. If something has gone wrong, it may be unpleasant - but it has happened and we cannot change it. Everyone decides for himself or herself whether he or she wants to stagnate at this point or go further. If opportunities arise, it is up to us alone to take advantage of them. We can tell ourselves that something is holding us back or that we cannot seize an opportunity for some reason. But afterwards, we will clench our hands over our heads and regret that we did not take advantage of it.
There is only one person who holds the responsibility for our lives and our decisions in his hands. Only one person! And that is ourselves. Right now we have a certain set of strengths and weaknesses that we can use to develop in areas that affect our lives and make decisions that we will regret as little as possible later. Only we ourselves are responsible for our lives. Everyone is the architect of his own happiness. Never forget that.
Why don't you try:

Try to think about what you really are and why you are the way you are. Make the decisions in the next weeks with this reflected knowledge and be aware that you are responsible for the decisions in your life and nobody else.
